The LEGO Imperial Flagship
The LEGO Imperial Flagship 10210 is coming to a store near you so keep an eye out. This new LEGO ship will be available on January 1, 2010. The ship has three sections that are removable and is realistic. This is an amazing new LEGO creation.
There are windows that open, real working doors, telescopes, and other items that actually work. You get 9 figures that go with your flagship. The figures come assembled but the ship will require you to build it.
The Flagship is available for children over the age of 14. This is probably due to the fact there are over 1600 pieces to this LEGO set. This makes it dangerous for small children to play with. The ship comes with cannons, LEGO minifigures, fully equipped kitchen, sharks, and a working anchor.
You can open the front deck doors and play inside the LEGO Imperial Flagship. There are sails so the ship looks completely real. With so many ways to play with this ship you will have hours of fun. You can assemble the entire thing into the Flagship or just part of it to make a raft.
So many different pieces can be used to build the ship. The price is a little steep for a toy made out of LEGOs but you will find many things to do with it. You can purchase additional items to go with your Flagship.
There is a loot island, Soldier fort and another ship. All of this will let you build an improved area to play. There are many pieces and so you have to be careful not to lose those pieces. It is best to play with the ship on table or somewhere you can find the pieces easily.
You can play on the floor with this toy but the pieces are brown and can blend in with most carpet colors. While you can play with the ship in the water it will not float. The pieces will not rust but can get lodged in the bathtub pipes so you need to watch what pieces fall off.
When you get tired playing with the pirate ship you can take it apart and build something else. This toy makes a great gift for a child of appropriate age. The flagship can be complicated to put together but it has instructions to help the child, but a parent many need to assist until they get the hang of it.
