The Lefse Griddle to Make the Decadent Lefse Bread
To appreciate the Lefse Griddle, you need to know what Lefse is. Lefse is a Norwegian Potato Bread, that is very thin, so thin, it melts in your mouth. You can purchase the Lefse mix and tools on Amazon, to make this wonderful bread.
Once you have made your Lefse dough, and rolled it thin, you slide the flattened dough with a Lefse stick, and place it on the Heritage Lefse Grill. You will be creating a wonderful, treat, that is bubbly, and cooked to perfection. You will be the talk of all your friends once you share this delicacy with them.
In order to make the bread, you will need the original Lefse Heritage Griddle which comes in a Silverstone nonstick or an Aluminum surface. The Lefse Griddle will heat up to 500 degrees which is critical for making Lefse bread, but also great for baking a pizza, searing meat, or making pancakes and eggs.
Silverstone Lefse Heritage Griddle
The griddle is 16" round, and has an adjustable temp to 500 degrees. It also features an overflow spout, and a raised rim, all to prevent spills and splatters. It has heat-resistant legs, and hardwood handles, and is simple to clean.
Aluminum Heritage Lefse Grill
This Lefse Griddle will also heat up to 500 degrees and designed to make Lefse bread. Another great way to use these griddles is for making home-made tortillas. You can easily fit 4 to 5 pancakes or tortillas on these griddles. But I recommend you get the Lefse Accessory Kit, that comes with the flour kit, and become the envy of your neighbors.
