The Most Expensive Apps

By Edited Dec 16, 2015 0 0

For when you run out of things to buy.

Have you ever found yourself browsing the app store, but you just can't seem to find the apps that will satisfy your need to spend money?

Sure the $0.99, $1.99, or $4.99 pricing scale was sufficient when the app store first opened, but it has been six years! These prices are nowhere near enough to satisfy our overwhelming need to squander our hard earned money.

Well never fear, because I have found three of the best ways for you to throw away your money!

1. VIP Black

For the price of only $999.99 you can be the proud owner of VIP Black from iVIP Ltd. This elitist app is only for the richest of the rich. In fact, you need to be a millionaire just to get it; when you buy it you are required to prove that you have a net worth in excess of one million euros. But hey, when you're this rich, what's another thousand dollars?

It comes with all the benefits you'd expect of a VIP app: extra special treatment, personal chefs, butlers, trainers, private jets, and surprise gifts, you will be lavishing in the luxury that a VIP lifestyle offers.

Some of us may not be millionaires, but not to worry we can still be a part of the action. With their scaled down VIP Blue for only $149.99 we can get some of the features of VIP Black offers at a fraction of the price. If you're looking for some pampering this app is the way to go.

Keep in mind that the purchase of the app only gets you access, you still have to pay additional costs.

So if you want to be a part of a "curated collection of the world's finest brands, venues, and services" then hurry down and get the VIP black app available in the apple store!

2. QuizCenter

If QuizUp or the various other quiz games that are popping up aren't enough for you, then you can purchase QuizCenter by Rand Alexander for $199.99. But be warned, this app isn't "for just anyone," its only for people who "enjoy exclusive, premium apps."

This "premium app" contains over 80 individual movie and pop quizzes! A library of quizzes that will test your knowledge of pop culture references to max. Some of these fantastic topics include Spider-Man, Glee, Saw, and the Office (Both US and UK). Simply Amazing.

Although QuizUp features over 550 topics, and more to come, the quality and depth of QuizCenter is sure to blow away the competition. Experience it for yourself by searching 'QuizCenter' in the app store, so you can see its beautiful menu design.

3. Water Globe

Now for some, going out and purchasing a snow globe for a bothersome niece, nephew, or whoever it may be, can really just seem like a waste of effort (I assume you don't really care if you're buying a snow globe). When buying from Amazon is just too much of a hassle, you can instead exhibit your love by getting the Water Globe app by Ubiquitous Muffin for only $249.99.

Apparently the actual name Snow Globes was taken, because this app is an over glorified snow globe. You can churn up white snowflakes with your finger or shake and tilt to move the snow instead.

I'm not sure really why anyone would pay over 200 dollars for a snow globe, or even want one to begin with, but what better way splurge for the holidays?
