The Positive Thinking to Improve Your Life Challenge

There is a growing belief that the power of positive thinking in your life can do anything. What does this mean to you. It means that by using positive thinking, you can attain or do anything in your life. This way of thinking is not new to this world. People have been meditating for ages to change their mental focus to get to a higher level of consciousness. This has become even more popular with the book, "The Secret". This book tell you that by believing and telling yourself that you have already achieved something that you can make it happen.
How do you use this secret so to speak to get whatever you want in life? The answer is quite simple. All you have to do is to tell your self over and over again that you have already achieved the goal that you have set your mind to. All that positive thinking needs to begin with is one statement about how you want your life to be. A few words can be the key to getting the life that you have always dreamed about.
This is where the positive thinking to improve your life challenge begins. You need to sit down and choose one thing that you really want to happen in your life and choose to focus on it for 30 days. It is often best to start out by writing all of your goals down on a sheet of paper so that you can get an idea of what you really want in life. Once you have this list, you can pick one of the goals that will also help you to get to some of your other goals. An example would be choosing to focus on the goal to get a higher paying job. This goal could help you to buy the house that you dream of in the long run. If you do the positive thinking challenge in this way, you will see greater returns with the cascade affect.
Write yourself a simple statement that you can use as your positive thinking. For the previous example, your statement could be: I am making $75k a year from my job. If you can quantify your statement, this will help you to really know when you have achieved your goal. Notice that you are writing the statement like you have already achieved this goal. This is positive thinking that you will achieve your goal, no matter what.
The next step to the positive thinking challenge is to get a notebook to write in daily. The book can be as simple as a school notebook or as eloquent as a leather journal. The key is that it should be something that you can keep near to you so that you can write in it. This will be your place to put your positive thinking into motion so to speak.
The final step to the positive thinking to improve your life challenge is one that will be ongoing for the 30 days that you are doing the challenge. Every day of the challenge, you will write your positive thinking statement 25 times in your notebook. You will repeat every word in that statement to yourself as you write it. Do not miss a day on your writing to achieve the maximum affects of this positive thinking. Once you have started on this journey, you can continue to write the positive statement that you have chosen and even add more to it to achieve your goals.
