The Real, Free Way to Lose Weight (Fat) Quickly with NO Exercise!

Ever see those advertisements on he internet that talk about losing ridiculous amounts of weight in short periods of time with no exercises? Thought they were a scam and didn't work? Well, they just may be. But that's not to say that losing weight quickly, easily and healthily is not possible.

Another myth I really want to bust is that you don't need to exercise a ridiculous amount to lose weight (or gain weight for that matter). Diet is 75% of weight control and controlling your diet is by far the most important thing.

If you really want to lose weight, and loose it fast, you need to create a diet plan. Create a plan that runs 6 days a week. Give yourself a break day once a week where you can eat WHATEVER you want. But never break your 6 day routine. The easiest way is to decide on 1-2 dishes per meal. So 2 for breakfast, 2 for lunch, 2 for dinner. Plus snack food.

All of your meals should consist of the following, and ONLY the following ingredients.

Vegetables

  • Spinach
  • Peas
  • Mixed greens
  • Asparagus

Meat

  • Chicken Breast
  • Egg Whites
  • Lean Beef
  • Pork

Legumes

  • Pinto Beans
  • Black Beans
  • Lentils

You can eat as much of these foods as you want.

For flavour, you can add any type of raw spice or herb such as salt, pepper, chilli, orgarno, rosmery, lemon, balsamic vinegar etc...

To drink:

Black tea, black coffee, water, diet soda or low carb protein shakes.

Snacks:

Your snacks must still incorporate the above foods, so its better off to prepare yourself 3-4 large meals a day to avoid snacking. Also try and drink instead of snacking. Black coffee or diet soda will help fill your stomach before the next meal.

If you must snack, a can of baked beans, a boiled egg, celery and carrot sticks will do the job.

DO NOT EAT or DRINK ANYTHING ELSE except for your day off!

This includes:

  • No Fruit or fruit juice
  • No dairy products
  • No sugar
  • No alcohol
  • No condiments (no ketchup, bbq sauce, sweet chilli sauce)
  • No spreads (jam, honey etc)
  • And obviously no carbohydrates.

Eating legumes will resolve the calorie issues that are normally associated with a no carbohydrate diet. Which will inturn stop any energy issues you may be having.

Technically you can drink some alcohol, such as vodka on ice or vodka with water and lemon. But its better to avoid and wait until your day off.

If you are going to drink alcohol, I recommend drinking it on the night before your day off. As while alcohol does have some calories, the worst part about alcohol is the urge and lack of control it gives you around what you eat.

Sticking to this diet over the course of a month can lead to significant results. If done correctly, one can easily loose over 20 pounds a month.

All of this with NO exercise.
