To become healthy is everybody's main aim in life. This has started from the practice of all parents passed from generations to generations. Parent's by the time their child was born, tend to take care first of the health of their baby by adhering to vaccination schedules, giving their daily doses of liquid vitamins and minerals, feeding and bathing regularly, and doing prompt consultation when the need arises. Thus, when the child's temperature has slightly increased, the mother, who is mostly the one looking after the child, would immediately seek her pediatrician for help in reducing the fever.

Before the child becomes a teenager, the mother would have experienced many sleepless nights taking hourly temperatures, giving the scheduled medications and watching her child get better. By the passing of years, she would instinctively know how her child feels by the way he performs his daily activities, or simply by the look in his eyes. She would check for an inflamed tonsil, a stuffy nose, a headache, or the presence of rashes in his body. Her child's pediatrician has then become her ally in taking care of her child and helping prescribe or recommend an over the counter immune system supplement.

Preparing healthy meals each day is one of her many joys in life. By providing nutritious and delicious meals each day, she makes sure her child consumes them before going to school or proceeding to his sport activities. She religiously gives him his daily liquid vitamins and minerals and milk or orange drink. She encourages the love for sport and exercise as she knows these are also essential for a growing boy his age.

Therefore, a healthy child is a product of a mother's love.
