The alternative method to curing a yeast infection

By Edited Mar 28, 2016 0 0

This is a vaginal infection caused most commonly by the fungal organism Candida albicans.

If you are a female and over the age of 16 you have probably had a horrible yeast infection, otherwise called Vaginal candidiasis; Monilial vaginitis. There is also a type of yeast infection you can get in your mouth called Thrush, typically children get that type. Although if a man has oral sex with a woman he can be infected with Thrush as well.

As for the vaginal yeast infection, while it is not an STD it can be passed on to your partner during intercourse.

What are the causes? First off, there is not one cause, there are many factors that can be linked, wearing panties that are too tight or jeans. Not having enough air for your vaginal area to breath. Pregnancy is a big cause because of the hormone change. Diabetes is another cause. Diabetes is a serious disease on its own and if it causing yeast infections you need to be treated by a doctor. The last 2 causes I will mention are stress, YES, stress can cause a yeast infection because it throws off your normal hormone balance, Stress is the killer of all things in the end. The last cause I will mention is antibiotics.

Yeast infections are not fun, they are bothersome and make you want to jump off a bridge because of the symptoms, I will give you a few of them.. before I go any further.. if you think you have a yeast infection and NEVER had one do not treat it yourself, go see your doctor to make sure this is what it is, after you have had a few of them, you will know for sure and can treat them at home.

Some symptoms:

feels like an intense itching, burning sensation, localized in your vagina and vulva. this itching is not always present, but can get really bad, so bad you can hardly walk.

looks like clumpy nasty white stuff. most medical descriptions compare the discharge to ricotta cheese, but it can range from thick and not clumpy to faintly yellow to thin and clear.

smells like bread or beer. in fact, it smells pretty much exactly like yeast, although the yeast used in brewing and baking is an entirely different species.

Again if you have never had a yeast infection before and are not sure.. please go to the doctor because their are diseases and illnesses that have similar symptoms but are alot more serious.

Treatment/Cure, yes there are cures for this nasty little annoyance.

First if you go to the doctor they can give you a pill called Diflucan, one pill works pretty much over night. I recommend this highly.

Secondly, if you have had a few infections and totally sure this is what you have you can buy OTC treatments like Monistat7 or something similar.

Thirdly. which is the totally alternative way to treat and cure one is kinda gross but works super.

First, go to the grocery store and buy 7 days worth of your favorite yogurt, and one small plain container of yogurt. A box of super overnight maxi pads and a larger size panty then you wear,

Don't shower for 2 days and start eating the favorite flavored yogurt, after the second day of not showering, while you are getting ready to be, put the pad in the larger size panties, and later the pad with half of the plain yogurt. Do this 2 nights.

Be sure to have your bed covered in towels or extra sheets as this is alittle messy.

By the morning after the second treatment you should feel good as new, yogurt has live natural bacteria cultures that help our body fight infection and build our immune systems.

This yogurt treatment may sound totally gross, it works the best I believe, Many people tell me this is definetely something they keep doing when they have infections.

Men can use the treatment as well, but men generally don't get yeast infections they get Thrusg and that is something totally different.

Anyway that is about it, again remember if you are not dead positive it is a yeast infection see your doctor.
