You should make an effort to switch butter, with olive oil. Butter provides high cholesterol, and heart problems. If you want more taste added to your olive oil, add some garlic cloves. Add it to your potatoes, bread servings, or other recipes that require butter. Olive oil is a very healthy oil to add to your diet.
