The miracle diet of Dr Oz or 30 days to lose almost 30 pounds

It's very difficult sometimes to try and keep the pounds from piling onto the body, sometimes it seems almost impossible, no matter what you do those pounds still keep adding on. Many people go through life just trying one diet after another, attempting exercise programs that never seem to work, all that weight just seems to hang on stubbornly.

I know lots of people that have tried all the different types of diets. There is the South Beach diet, the Atkins diet, the grapefruit diet, the quick weight loss diet, the carbohydrate diet, the list goes on and on. There is so many different fitness programs that are promoted everywhere you look. The problem is that it's very difficult to motivate yourself to do any of these things. It's okay when you've got a fitness trainer who is pushing you all the way, getting on your back and motivating you. Every time I try and you diets or find some new quick weight loss tips it seems that I am only in for more frustration and deprivation. Then I came across the fabulous miracle diet by Dr. Oz. I never really thought that I would use the word miracle to describe any diet, but for sure the products that Dr. Oz is endorsing on the Oprah Winfrey show have some miracle properties. It consists of using the Acai Berry from the Brazilian rainforest that everyone is talking about. It's one of those super foods that has excellent health benefits and is full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals.

The I recently started using this form of weight loss because Dr. Oz had said that the people that he had advised to undertake a diet including the Acai Berry, along with natural colon cleansing, found that they were able to lose large amounts of weight without needing to try that hard, or sweat for weeks on end in the local gym. I found that when I tried the Acai Berry formula not only did I lose almost 30 pounds within a month, I also felt much more energetic and optimistic, I also felt far more confident about myself. I have also begun to eat a better diet consisting of healthy food, switching to whole, natural, and organic produce whenever I can. I also go for walks at least three times a week. I don't feel the need to burn myself out at the gym like some people do, just an enjoyable walk around my neighborhood listening to my favorite music on my iPod... fantastic.
