Three Different MLM Email Lead Methods
People in network marketing are slowly starting to realize the power of the internet and how it can be used to expand their businesses. The web is all about information and being able to contact literally billions of people almost instantaneously. This is really at the heart of any MLM organization, you have to find leads and then inform those people about your opportunity. A great way to accomplish this by using the internet and emails.
There are three main categories of MLM email leads you can target. The first is a personal contact lead. These are leads that have actually been contacted by someone and the lead has expressed an interest in your type of offer. This is the most expensive type of lead costing from $3 to $4 all the way up to $10. The people on this list are very well targeted but as you can see there is a lot of expense associated with buying this list of names and addresses. Any time you contact a person from this list you want to be absolutely sure your message is spot on. You can't afford to send sub-par emails to these leads.
The next type of MLM email lead is the categorized lead. This list has been compiled of people who have shown an interested in the type of offer you have but necessarily the exact offer. These lists can be purchased for a rate of $100 for two or three hundred of these semi-targeted names. Whenever you are contacting any email list you want to be very careful to offer value to the recipient. The goal of a network marketing email campaign is to develop a relationship with the prospect so they will be more likely to accept your offer. No one will be interested in signing with you if you just send out a lot of worthless spam messages.
Speaking of spam, the third type of email list is comprised of names that have been gathered by methods such as fooling people into giving their address to sign up for a contest or award. These people are usually not targeted in the least and the lists have usually been sold to email spammers which means they are more likely to just delete any email they don't recognize. The chances of signing someone from these lists is almost zero so I would stay away from them.
Utilizing the internet to expand your list of potential down line members can be very lucrative. The key is to use targeted emails that offer value so you can begin to build a relationship before you make your pitch.
