Tips For Creating Awesomely Creative Save The Dates
Once you're officially engaged and ready to get married, one of the first things that you need to do as a couple is send out some save the dates so that all of your friends and family know when your big day will actually be. As you probably already know, it's not real easy to remember dates for certain things (especially weddings), so by sending out your save the dates you're basically making so that everyone will (hopefully) remember and make down the day you're getting married on their calendar.
There all all kinds of ways to create your save the dates and depending on what type of style you're into you have all kinds of options to choose from. If you're looking for a few creative ways to create and send out your save the dates, here are some tips for you to chew on.
Show Off Your Style
This might seem obvious, but one thing that you need to make sure of is that your style as a couple should be clearly displayed in your save the dates. I mean, I know that you're going to be sending these out to grandma and who knows who else, but that shouldn't stop you from having fun with them.
Go Old School With A Photo Booth
One cool style that I've seen before is what I like to call a photo booth save the date, where you weave in a photo booth style into your save the dates. You can either go totally legit and use a real photo booth, or you can use a photo booth template to make it look like you used the real thing.
Use A Save The Date Magnet
Using a save the date magnet will not only get the point across for getting your wedding date stuck into the brain of your future attendees, but it will be stuck right there on their refrigerater every time they grab something to eat. It's all about helping them remember and what better place to do that than in their kitchen?
