Anti-oxidants help our bodies clean themselves. If you are feeling a lack of energy, it maybe because you have a lack of antioxidants. By cleaning out your body you will feel more energy and be healthier. Having the right amount of antioxidants in your diet is a great way to stay healthy and energetic.

Step 1

Berries are a great source of antioxidants. The most notable is cranberries. Drinking a glass of cranberry juice everyday will help clean out your body. Blueberries and blackberries also have a lot of antioxidants in them. They are readily available in solid and juice form. Black grapes and cherries also have a lot of antioxidants in them. A nice way to ensure you got your intake for the day is to either have a glass of juice or to have a nice fruit salad.

Step 2

Nuts are another food that have a high antioxidant count. Hazelnuts, brazil nuts, and chestnuts are all good sources. These nuts are also healthy as well as good tasting. A nice snack is to sprinkle some of these nuts on top of a small salad.

Step 3

Peas, peppers, tomatoes, and carrots are some vegetables that have antioxidants. An easy way to include these in your diet is to make a salad with them. The peppers and tomatoes go well together in a nice salsa and the peas and carrots together as well, peas and carrots.
If, you want to have a high antioxidant meal then you could have a nice salad made up up peas, carrots, and lettuce. The dessert could be a small fruit salad with some nuts on top. All this with a glass of cranberry juice, or water. A healthy meal will help you lead a healthy lifestyle.
