When approaching a woman at a bar be honest with her. Do not try one of those cheesy pick up lines. You will be shot down faster then a married man that is trying to pick up a woman in a bar. You want to walk over and mention that you saw her sitting there and was wondering if she would like to talk. Or perhaps you can ask her about the big game that is on the TV. Whatever your opening line is, make sure that you are honest.
Tip Two
Smile and look happy to be where you are at. If you are not looking like you are having fun already, why would a woman want to spend time with you. You do not need to be the life of the party to look this way. Just make sure that she knows that you are having a great night and that she is welcome to join in on the fun.
Tip Three
If you want to pick up a woman in a bar, you will want to ask her a lot about herself. This shows that you are interested in getting to know her. This will help you to get her phone number later in the conversation. Make sure that you are paying attention to information that she is giving you.

As a woman, I would strongly advise to anyone trying to pick up..... to not pick up! If you want to get to know someone and hopefully lead to a deep and meaningful, then "picking up" is not the way to go about it! Get her number, don't mess about or play it cool, call her (dont text) and set up a date. If you just want to get funky, then go to a bar where "picking up" isnt an issue! Good luck y'all! :-)
