Feed your body
Your body is the only one you will ever have so it makes sense to take care of it. Think about the food you put into your body. Takeaways, burgers, chocolate and alcohol are all okay in small doses. Just not all day and every day. Try to make good food choices. This doesn’t mean you have to live off water. There are so many healthy foods that actually taste great. And you can also consider portion size. Want a pizza? Great but just have a small one. Or better still, make your own.
Keep on moving
Exercise does not have to be a chore. If you like walking at the beach, you are on to a good thing. That’s a great way to keep fit and achieve good health. Get out and about and enjoy the fresh air. If you need more motivation then try group classes at the gym. If you find a good one, the hour will fly by and you will have fun along the way. Also, exercise need not always be planned or hard. Some simple things such as walking to the shops rather than driving, or cleaning the house can be great ways to just be active every day. Instead of drinks with your friends, try a walk and coffee. The ideas are endless. But find ways that work for you.
