The idea of using a colon cleanse to clean out the toxins in your body is not a new one. Eat less food through out the day to help your colon cleanse. By focusing on eating smaller amounts of food and two to three hours, your body is able to get rid of the toxins in your system that much faster. This is a much healthier way to eat and should be kept up even once you are done the cleanse.

Drink plenty of water through out the day when you are doing a colon cleanse. Water helps every system of your body to run better. Being on a cleanse can cause you to become dehydrated as the body tries to remove all of the toxins from your system. To compensate for this, you should drink 4 to 6 bottles of water a day.
Tip Three
Try to eat mostly fresh fruits and vegetables when you are doing a colon cleanse. By focusing your diet on these things, you will be cutting out a lot of the processed foods that you normally eat. The processed and prepackaged meals are the items that help you to build up the levels of toxins in your system. Give your body an easier time getting rid of them, by not adding to the amount of toxins while you are on a colon cleanse.
