Why spend your vacation where it is cold? These are the top 10 hot holiday destinations where you can have the time of your life. Would you rather be on a warm beach with bikini clad babes or fighting to keep warm in Greenland? If you live in an area where it snows and gets really cold you can still take your vacation time in the middle of winter because there is always going to be somewhere nice and warm you can fly to.

Kona, Hawaii is an area located on the Big Island in Hawaii. Regardless of where you go in Hawaii you will find that it is a fun place to visit; However the Kona region of Hawaii is highly recommended for a hot holiday destination. There are a lot of people to meet, nightlife, and water based activities such as surfing. Kona is a spectacular place to visit and is one place you are almost guaranteed to take a fantastic sunset picture with your digital camera.

Australia is loaded with awesome beaches. In fact the entire Country is surrounded by beaches however one of the favorites for a holiday destination is Nobbys Beach, which is also referred to as Mermaids Beach. This area is awesome for surfing. You do not have to be a surfer to enjoy watching all of the talented guys and gals while they are surfing.

One of the most famous statues in the world is located here in Rio de Janeiro. The “Christ the Redeemer” statue is also known in Spanish as the “Cristo Redentor”. Rio de Janeiro is also home to the largest and most famous Carnival celebration in the World. Even if you are not visiting Rio during Carnival you will still find numerous things to keep you busy.

Playa Zipolite is not often mentioned by travel agents; however this town is very popular with people seeking a hot holiday destination. The Zipolite beach is a clothing optional beach. You do not have to remove your clothes to enjoy this beautiful beach. In addition to people watching at the clothing optional beach you can also surf, body board, or just lounge around on the beach sipping Margaritas.

Nassau is the Capital City of the Bahamas and is loaded with nightlife. If you want to spend your holiday relaxing on the beach during the day and then meeting women at night to dance with at the clubs then Nassau is a good place to visit. A lot of cruise ships will dock here in Nassau. If you spend your entire vacation in Nassau you may also get to meet some women from your Country who are on the island for the day as part of their cruise. The coldest month in Nassau is January when they have an average low temperature of 63.1 degrees Fahrenheit. The locals think that 63.1 degrees is cold, but if you came from Snowy and Blowy Chicago then you will be happily warm in Nassau regardless of which month you visit.

People seem to have these preconceived notions that Florida is either a bastion for old people or is an out of control place where college kids go to party for Spring Break. With Daytona Beach this is true on both parts. You can take a long and quiet vacation in Daytona Beach as long as you are not there during college spring break. If you are young and want to party heavily then there is no better place than Daytona Beach during Spring break.

Daytona Beach, Florida is also very popular for the annual Daytona 500 NASCAR race as well as for Bike Week. Daytona Beach has something to offer visitors of all ages regardless of the season they visit.

Summer vacations in San Diego can be very hot; however a wintertime vacation to San Diego will be very comfortable if you are traveling there from somewhere cold such as Northern North Dakota. San Diego has a lot of cool stuff to offer visitors including the San Diego Wild animal Park, Major League Baseball at Petco Park, Balboa Zoo, a beach for dogs, and many other cool things. The Navy has a heavy presence in this area. A lot of military people stay in San Diego when they get out of the Service because they and their family love the area so much. San Diego is loaded with numerous fun activities.

The Canary Islands are located off of the African Coast. The beaches are World famous. In addition to the beaches there are numerous activities to keep you occupied including Mount Teide. Mount Teide is the third tallest Volcano in the World.

Dubai is definitely one of the hottest vacations in the world regardless of the definition you use. Bring your camera along because you will find in Dubai the hottest women, the hottest cars, the hottest architecture, the hottest styles of clothing, and the hottest of almost every other category you can come up with. A trip to Dubai will be costly, but definitely worth it. The picture above shows the Burj Khalifa which is the tallest man made structure in the entire World with a height of 2,723 feet. Visiting Dubai will be a jaw dropping experience.

Sure there has been some civil unrest in Egypt recently but this is an area you should still consider visiting. Within Cairo there is some amazing nightlife and plenty of really cool museums. What makes Cairo the top hot holiday destination is the Great Pyramids. The area outside of Cairo is ripe with some of the greatest architectural wonders in the entire history of mankind. At the pyramids it is like stepping back into time. Instead of simply reading about history you are able to actually visit history and see these amazing pyramids that the Ancient Egyptians built.

I have a friend that was born in wet drippy North England,UK, who now lives in Dubai. The pictures she posts on Facebook make me so jealous.

I have never been to Australia, so I have only seen Nobbys Beach on pictures and TV.
