9. Fictional Cruise Ship Genesis (based on Royal Carribean Cruise Lines' real cruise ships)

10. Vatican

11. Sistine Chapel (including the iconic Creation of Adam picture)

There might be other places destroyed, but that's all I could think of, with the help of Wikipedia. NYC is NOT destroyed in this film, for some reason.
