Experts will tell you that 80% of losing weight and staying fit is based on what you put into your body. Is that true? Yes. This is true. Most will exercise and will not see and weight coming off or slimming down due to poor diet. So what kind of food can you eat to stay fit? Well, here are some things that you can feed yourself to stay fit.

This might be hard to follow if you like junk food like most people. It's always tempting when you're at a carnival or theme park. However, with the right ingredients and the right cook, you'll be able to enjoy delicious food without suffering too much. This is also cost effective...more than going out to eat at restaurants. The selection of fat burning foods is not limited to the top 20. There are many other things you can enjoy while you are on a diet. Make sure to eat foods that are low in calorie and low in fat. However, just because one may contain high levels of fat, it does not mean you should avoid it. It can be good fat - such as almonds and other nuts. It contains high levels of fat, but its a type of fat that your body needs.

The key is to have a high nutrient diet. If you have late night cravings...stick to the top 20.
