Top 20 Super Smash Bros. 4 Bosses Ideas Part 2

By Edited Oct 17, 2016 0 0

Here are the top 10 bosses who would be excellent as Super Smash Bros. 4 bosses. As Super Smash Bros. Brawl had an adventure mode, it makes sense that the next game after it will follow suite and have an adventure mode, and hope to improve on it. So, here is this lost of bosses who would be awesome to have in Super Smash Bros. 4. This list is based on who I want to see, who has been suggested many times across the internet (such as Marx Soul). To be included in the list, the bosses have to have at least a small chance of making it into the Super Smash Bros. 4 adventure mode.

So, the top 10 are:

10. Shadow Queen

When I played Paper Mario for the Gamecube, this boss took forever to defeat and is probably one of the hardest in the Paper Mario series. Although I doubt more than one Paper Mario boss would make an appearance as a Super Smash Bros. 4 Boss, if there were two or more Shadow Queen would have to be one of them.

9. Marx Soul

Series: Kirby (only appearance is in Kirby Super Star Ultra)

Marx Soul is the resurrected form of Marx, the final boss of Kirby Super Star. Marx Soul is the final boss of Kirby Super Star Ultra. Despite the fact that he only appears in one game, Marx Soul would be fitting seeing how the developer of Smash Bros. created Kirby as well and I have seen him suggested many times by people who want to see him as a Super Smash Bros. 4 boss.

8. Black Knight

Series: Fire Emblem

No, although many people out there would love it, it’s not that Black Knight. Many people would love to see this Black Knight as well actually. This Black Knight, also known as Zelgius, comes from the Fire Emblem series and is a boss in Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, and also playable in Radiant Daawn. The Black Knight is another character who would be excellent as one of the Super Smash Bros. 4 bosses or as a Super Smash Bros. 4 character.

7. Phantom Ganon

Series: Legend of Zelda

A skeletal form of Ganondorf who rides on a black horse, Phantom Ganon has appeared in four Legend of Zelda Games: Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Four Swords Adventures, and Twilight Princess. Phantom Ganon will almost definitely not be a playable character, he is basically the same as Ganondorf, but he would work well as one of the Super Smash Bros. 4 Bosses.

6. Dry Bowser

Series: Mario

Dry Bowser, like King Boo, also appeared in Mario Kart. Although it is unlikely two versions of Bowser- Giga and Dry- would appear in the Super Smash Bros. 4 Adventure Mode, I still include Dry Bowser in this list as he is an awesome character! I doubt Dry Bowser would appear as a playable character, but he is another one on this list who I would love to play as.

5. King Boo

Series: Mario

Towards the end of this list there are three bosses found in the Mario series. First off is King Boo, who was a Luigi boss and also appeared in Mario Kart Wii. King Boo was the main antagonist in Luigi's Mansion. With the upcoming release of Luigi’s Mansion 2, King Boo makes sense to have in Super Smash Bros. 4 (unless of course, the second version has some amazing new boss). And like many other bosses on this list, he would also be excellent as a playable character.

4. A Giant Pokemon

Series: Um..pokemon

Like Rayquaza appeared in Subspace Emissary, so should another Pokemon representative appear in Super Smash Bros. 4. I have no idea who it should be. There are several options- Giratina, Regigigas, Shadow Lugia, and Arceus just to name a few. I would personally prefer either one or both of the latter two, but I really can't decide!

3. Medusa

Series: Kid Icarus

With Pit brought back in Super Smash Bros. Brawl after a 20 year absence from the video game world, as well as a new Kid Icarus game released last year, it only makes sense to include more aspects of Kid Icarus in the next smash bros. installment. Medusa, like many others in this list, would be a great choice as either a playable character or as one of the Super Smash Bros. 4 bosses. She is the final boss in the original Kid Icarus and also appears in Kid Icarus Uprising, so it would make more sense to have her than any other Kid Icarus boss.

2. Twinrova

Series: The Legend of Zelda

Twinrova are a pair of sorceress sisters, who also happen to be Ganondorf’s surrogate mother. Twinrova appears as one of the last bosses in the Ocarina of Time, and according to IGN[6488] and Gameinformer[6489], is one of Zelda’s best bosses. This leads me to believe that many people would love Twinrova to be one of the Super Smash Bros. 4 bosses!

1. Bonetail

Series: Paper Mario

Bonetail is the final boss of the Pit of 100 Trials, a battle sequence type thing in Paper Mario: The Thousand Years Door. Bonetail is difficult to beat, especially after you have to go through enemy after enemy to get him. (I never got to him, maybe because I think I could be doing more productive things with my time…like complaining how I never got to him). Bonetail would be awesome to fight in the Super Smash Bros. 4 Adventure Mode. Although he is at the top of my list, I don’t necessarily suggest him to be the final boss, but, especially if paper Mario is in the game, Bonetail should definitely be one of the Paper Mario bosses represented!

So, there you have it- the top 10 bosses who would make excellent Super Smash Bros. 4 bosses.

Did you guys agree with this list? Any bosses who definitely should be on here? Shouldn't be one here? Bosses you can't believe I missed? Bosses included who are outrageous?
