Top Five Creatine Reviews

By Edited Nov 13, 2013 0 1

Which supplement is the best for you?

Don't assume all creatine products are the same. That’s the reason why I’ve made a overview of the absolute best five selling types of creatine. If you are a beginner or you’re a seasoned weightlifter, creatine is a vital step on the correct path to enhance muscle. Once you've looked at the products and solutions in this creatine review, you will be aware exactly which one satisfies your capacity to pay, experience, as well as your fitness goals.

And so, without further ado, your creatine reviews.

1. BSN NO-Explode
BSN's NO-Xplode is regularly one of the top selling creatine products. Here's the insider scoop as to the reason why.
NO-Xplode mixes creatine, nitric oxide, and amino acids to give a pretty amazing pre-workout boost. But here is something significant. The actual reason it works so well isn't only because of the actual creatine, but because they combine it with nitric oxide supplements.
A major reason for its number one spot is the fact that it is among the very best nitric oxide products, not necessarily the best creatine product. If you look at the label, it states that it uses creatine ethyl ester as its main creatine source. But scientific studies show that creatine ethyl ester is not as effective as normal creatine monohydrate.
Does that mean that NO-Xplode doesn't work? Not at all. Even though scientists have proven that creatine ethyl ester is not as effective as creatine monohydrate, if you blend creatine ethyl ester with all of the other things they have in NO-Xplode, it knocks the actual socks off of creatine monohydrate all by itself.

2. Optimum Nutrition - Micronized Creatine Powder
Optimum Nutrition's micronized creatine is possibly the best value on the actual marketplace for pure creatine. This is a no-frills-attached product. Simply a great, pure version of creatine monohydrate.
Without doubt, if you are searching for a easy, simple creatine product, you really cannot get much better than Optimum Nutrition's micronized creatine powder.

3. Gaspar Nutrition SuperPump 250
Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump250 is very effective. It is similar to NO-Xplode in the actual idea that it is not only a pure creatine supplement, but has a mixture of nitric oxide boosters, amino acids, and caffeine as well. What is actually the main difference between Gaspari's SuperPump250 and NO-Xplode? Gaspari utilizes creatine monohydrate in its formula, instead of creatine ethyl ester like NO-Xplode.
We have covered that creatine ethyl ester is not as effective as creatine monohydrate, so what is the reason why anyone might decide to purchase NO-Xplode over SuperPump250? Because as awesome as SuperPump is, for a few people it leads to some stomach irritation and they find themselves in the bathroom right after the actual work out (and occasionally during). If your stomach can handle itself, Gaspari really is an incredible product.

4. MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Pro
MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Pro Series is great because the actual creatine monohydrate has already been premixed along with your whey protein. This is definitely the creatine choice if you don't wish to have a million containers all over, you can just take your creatine and protein together.
This one is distinct from Gaspari or from NO-Xplode because those items have no real protein inside them. With MuscleTech, you have the actual same idea of combining supplements, except this time, it is with protein instead of nitric oxide supplements.

5. Higher Power Nutrition Build XS
Higher Power's Build XS makes the list because it is different than the prior four recommendations. Higher power mixes creatine with glutamine, ribose, and other amino acids. This is a great product because glutamine is a product that is necessary for anyone attempting to enhance muscle mass.
The main explanation exactly why people are drawn to build XS is because it is a supplement that doesn't include any stimulants.

Hopefully you were able to pick which supplement best suits your needs. Happy muscle mass building!

NoXplode tastes awful.
I like to buy pure creatine from Dymatize and just mix with water and chug.
