"What Happens in Vegas" 

Forget the saying "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas," the new slogan should be "From buffets to fine dining . . . there's a lot more to Vegas than gambling." The folks who own and operate Las Vegas casinos have learned that visitors want to enjoy their dining experiences. Fine dining restaurants have opened to rave reviews and large crowds hoping to get reservations. The following is a list of the top eateries on the Las Vegas Strip.

Charlie Palmer Steak (Four Seasons): Voted "best steakhouse in Las Vegas" by the Las Vegas Review Journal, Charlie Palmer's philosophy is simple; "If you're going to eat a steak, then eat a steak."
