Kidneys are an extremely important part of our biological system, they help with chemical and water management, and they also regulate waste along with the liver. Sometimes they get bogged down just like every other organ in the body from toxins and pollutants from the environment and the things that we eat. When this happens, the best thing to do is a total cleanse kidney detox. Doing a total cleanse is crucial so our bodies can function the best. Doing these cleanses along with drinking plenty of water along with herbal supplementation, proper diet, juicing, and consuming other natural and raw goods will really go a long way to keeping your digestive system clean.

Over very long periods of time are colons can become bombarded with various poisons and toxins these can be very damaging to the body. Also exposure to parasites, harmful metals, and other elements can really add to the build up along the walls of our intestinal area. Even when people don't feel too bloated, heavy, or overweight, more often than not their many additional pounds of waste material and fecal matter that is accumulated in the digestive area which can lead to feelings of bloating and gas.

When these chemicals and toxins build up that affect the kidneys in a very profound way because they affect how the liver and kidneys function. So a good way to help cleanse the body and the kidneys in particular, is to drink plenty of purified and filtered water, as many as 2 to 4 liters. If this is done every single day along with a healthy diet of raw food and plenty of wholesome juicing anyone old or young, male or female, sick or reasonably healthy can experience a feeling of cleanliness, a feeling of being lighter, as well as a sense of overall well-being.

I suggest using purified and filtered water because if you drink out of the tap you could be doing more harm to your body, your kidneys, and your liver, as well as other parts of your body than you would be doing any good. This is because of all the harmful chemicals, poisons, and toxins within tap water. So if you don't have a water filter, find yourself a reputable water bottle company and go with that as either option is better than drinking from the tap.
