Treatment for Mouth ulcers

I have been a chronic patient of mouth ulcers. There are various reasons for this. But the primary reason for mouth ulcers is stomach. If your stomach is clear, there will never be mouth ulcers. Once these ulcers appear in mouth, it stays there for at least 4-5 days. There are lots of medicines for mouth ulcers in the market. These may provide temporary relief. But it is not a long term solution to stop recurrence of those ulcers.

The first thing I tried is alopathy. Most of the doctors suggested using fiber rich content and use of laxatives in the night to clear the stomachs. However this again is a temporary solution. Next day stomach clears. But the continuous use of laxatives is harmful to the body.

The next thing I tried is Ayurved. There are lots of solutions in terms of medicines. However, one good solution is Panchkarma. There are some procedures like Vaman, Virechan etc which removes toxic contents and tries to achieve body cleansing. But it requires lot of restriction in your food habits and lifestyle etc.

Off late i have been trying a simple and easy therapy i.e. water therapy. This is by far the best therapy for treatment of mouth ulcers. It is easy. It doesn't require any restriction. You can continue sipping water at regular intervals throughout the day. The results are really good.

The best thing to judge your health is see the colour of urine. It should be colourless for a healthy body. If you drink water, your urine will become colourless. And with that your stomach will get clearer and the mouth ulcers will vanish.
