From the picture and the city location, you might think I'm from Santa Fe, New Mexico. Sad to say, I'm in Santa Fe, Texas and the picture was taken in Colorado. I wish I was there, now! You haven't lived in hot weather until you've lived in Texas. I'm married to a heavy equipment operator who would rather be pushing snow instead of dying of heat stroke in the sand and dirt in Texas! Alas, maybe when we retire!
I have a son and daugther-in-law, and three grandchildren who live in South Carolina. I always wish I could see them more often. My whole family is spread across the country. I have relatives in California, Wyoming, Iowa, Arkansas, and Nebraska!
I have three cats and a parrot, so there is never a dull moment at my place. I love all animals (and I've had a variety), but cats are my favorite. You never know what they are going to do.
