Let me introduce myself; I am Mr. Wilson an advice columnist and eager to answer your questions. I am interested in helping people with questions that you or I might not want to ask a close friend or family member or just need a little direction on how to help yourself.

For years I had so many questions and the inner conversations would drive me nuts. After reading for years and participating in workshops indirectly involved in psychology along with the  "why you and I do what we do, why we feel anxious to how come the opposite sex act strange," I have come up with strategies and insight into understanding your inner voice and your ego.
