innovative and progressive stress management professional, who works with
Health/Wellness and Money issues, in addition to being a professional speaker,
published author, radio host, educator and consultant. I am affectionately known as the "Queen of StressFree Living". My life mission is to sharing
information that empowers people to have a better quality of life physically,
financially and emotionally. On the fun side, I enjoy living life to its
fullest and remembering to let the little girl in me come out and play.
