I'm am a mama of 4 awesome kids (1 in college, 3 in high school). I recently left the medical device & drug industry to focus on my family, personal health, and fitness. I'm a newly certified personal trainer and have a BSBM with a Supply Chain Operations emphasis. I'm passionate about making healthy food taste sinfully yummy, playing classical piano, how the human body works, learning new things and sharing them, and I love mid-distance running (I'm very slow...10 to 12 minute miles). I've been married to my husband since 1996 and I'm grateful to him for being so incredibly supportive of my writing obsession.
