I am an ex-research scientist who is planning on becoming a world traveler on the seas.  I have backpacked extensivley through Europe, but now am getting ready for an adventurous retirement.  My partner and I are in the second year of our three year plan to re-fit the sailboat, sell the house and spend the rest of our days on the sea.
