I'm Kay Miller, a woman over forty (actually over fifty, but who's counting?). I want to be fairly fit. Washboard abs? A bikini body? C'mon, let's get real -  I just want to keep my belly from acting like a teenager and "hanging out!"
I'm on quest for realistic fitness - healthy foods and activites that make me feel good and look decent,  have more energy, and stay healthy in general.  And they have to be things I can really do - on an ongoing basis. I'm looking to share info and learn from you...so let me know what you think!

Would you get healthy to save your kid's life?

You don't have to risk your life to be a hero and save your child's life. Just make healthy choices and watch them grow up to do the same!
