I have a degree in Physical education and Sport Science and I am attending to a post graduate programm too (M.s Sport science, Human Physiology and Nutrition). I have been working as a group and personal trainer the last few years and I have dealt with many clients (and a lot of different goals) over these years. I know how much important is to educate yourself and how much usefull it can be if you want to make the lives of others easier. That's why I decided to share and simplify what someone must do to achieve their goals and a lot of other info which can help to make our lives better.
