I've lost a lot of weight by eating low carb, and I'm a father of two babies under two years old (this was, suprising or not, intentional). Everything I write about is direct experience, and will be what has helped me in the weight loss sphere, or the daddy sphere. There may be other topics, but if I'm writing about it, I have direct experience and I feel that it would help others, too.
I play Kingdom of Loathing (same name) so if you're on there, add me!
I co-author a personal finance blog, www.thriftyguardian.com. Check it out!

As a new father, I found that every last bit of extra money I had was being funneled towards products that would help my life in this role - bottle warmers, wraps, teethers - and most of this was superfluous at best. I have, however, found a handful of products that we plan on using for all of our children because, well, they're just that useful.
