I am a mom, fiance and hard working woman. I am very active and workout almost every day. Despite back surgery last year, I continue to live a full and happy life. I have not had the easiest life, but I firmly believe that things are what you make them. My goal is to help people to live a happier, fuller life. We are opening a fitness studio next year to help me do just that! People need to get rid of their own personal limitations that they place on themselves and live to their full potential. That's what I strive to do every day!
