We Needed to both Go Gluten-free
For the past few years we have managed to restore our health to how it should have been - perfect! who knew gluten was the problem. So now I have become a bit of a "Gluten-free Guru" and think I will be in good company at Info barrel. After lots of baking experiments I can now say we have no problem with vegetarian gluten-free food providing I cook it myself. We only eat what suits us and our blood type. Fortunately we are both O non-secretors so it makes life easier.
