Mack is what most people call me, my last name is McDonald and no: no relation to the fast food chain other than I love their fries. I have a "thing" for fitness and aim to talk about fitness related topics, including and especially my favorite fitness equipment. As a runner, I'm pretty picky, and as an American I have certain tastes of what I like and don't like.
I can't stand gimmicks or gadgets when it comes to health and fitness, I'm not one of those chronic late night shoppers watching infomercials when I should be sleeping. QVC isn't a channel I ever get sucked into watching - ever - but I do have a penchant for finding the best equipment (especially online, which is where I primarily shop these days).
If you saw me in real life, you wouldn't think I was a fitness nut, but like most Americans I have my own extra pounds to lose (not too much but I'm not Ryan Gosling for sure), but plan on using my time here on InforBarrels to help those looking for the best equipment to find the better choices out there.
