I am a health coach and nanny living in LA. I was living in Boston for 4 years prior to moving to Los Angeles and I really consider that my home, even though I grew up in Northern NY. I love helping clients to live healthier lives through simple, sustainable changes to diet and lifestyle. I spend a lot of time working on my new coaching business, which feels more like pleasure than work. I love reading, going on day trips around LA, cooking, and keeping in touch with friends and family on the East Coast.
