     I am a former school teacher who spent years creating and writing my own instructional materials for my classroom as well as for other teachers to use in their classrooms.

     I also developed and wrote instructional materials for students with special needs, and provided them to both regular teachers who had students with special needs students, and to special needs teachers for their classes.

     I am also a prolific writer, and have had three articles published in my state's Education Administraton publication, which is sent to Principals, Superintendents, School Board members, and State Education Professionals.

     Additionally, I have written and illustrated three 132 page books of eductional materials for use in classrooms or for homeschoolers.

     I have also been an amateur photographer for many years, and have done everything from black and white film (which I developed and printed myself) to digital photography.  I am nearly to the expert level at digital photo manipulation and editing with my computer software.  I'm also using a special scanner to scan old negatives (both black & white and color) into digital images, and retouching them to remove blemishes and enhance image quality.  I have done negatives that date back as far as 1911!  Visit my page at www.myspace.com/danharkerphotography  to see some of my work.
