Why You May Need More Sleep
By the end of the day, I can't help but feel exhausted, but the evening is my downtime and I refuse to let it go without a fight.
As it turns out, though, my "me time" could be doing more harm than good. That's because a lack of sleep can result in many unfortunate consequences far beyond the typical groggy feeling.
If you find yourself struggling to get out of bed in the morning and can't make it throughout your day without a few extra cups of coffee, then you, too, may need more sleep -- for everyone's sake.
