I  joined Infobarrel as a way of earning extra income between jobs. It takes time to  learn everything you need to know and build a portfolio but there is no better place to start. Everyone on Infobarrel is incredibly friendly and helpful and will point you in the right direction. The fun of Infobarrel is you can write about what you want to when you want to. If you'd like to make extra money or just enjoy seeing your name in print I'd recommend you to sign up.
I love: sport, especially rugby, travel and my allotment and will draw on all of these for inspiration.  I live near Windsor in Berkshire on the doorstep of  Windsor Castle, Eton College and the Olympic Rowing Lake so I write about local topics and whatever else grabs my interest.  I write reviews of products I've purchased and recommend.

The 5 to 2 Fasting Diet

A new diet craze has swept the UK and could be about to sweep the US. The book of the diet has sold 350,000 copies in the UK and 100,00 in the US. The diet involves eating what you like for five days and fasting for the remaining two. It's popular because it needn't impact your social life and is reputedly effective.
