Exercise junky, health nut, husband, and advocate of living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Originally from Connecticut I now reside in Florida with my wife and two dogs. I'm a firm believer that we are only given one life and one body and that we should make the most of all life's lessons and journeys. I am an avid "googler" and enjoy sharing the things I learn (much of the time the hard way) with others in order to make their lives a little easier. Much of my writing is therefore focused on health and wellness as well as  "how dos" and "how donts". Please feel free to connect with me, leave comments both good and bad! I look forward to meeting you!
