Writer, proofreader, editor and contributor to several books with photographs and expertise in identification and appraisal of antiques and collectibles, specializing in pottery and glass.I've been on the internet the last eleven or so years, buying and selling, reading and writing and learning along the way. Always one to try something new, I am here to see how this works.
Writing about glass and pottery, consumer rights issues, landscaping and flowers, health and medicine and needlework crafts usually provides enough variety to keep my interest high, although an occasional article on another subject may slide through. An interest in the Cajun culture and language or dialect has led to a few articles and many recipes that are our own creations, now being shared on the internet, all for fun and posterity.
We have lived in Texas for more than twenty years, and lived in Louisiana a long time before that. We have two grown children--one is a writer and the other one works in the medical field.
