I love writing about healthy living but I also enjoy creative writing and random unusual stuff.
I think the human body is awesomely sophiscated and for us not to see what we're capable of is a big mistake that we should not accept. 
I recently released a eBook on muscle building: "Breaking Through Limits: How to build muscle" . It's a complete actionable guide for anyone who's looking to put on muscle mass and strength. 
I have my own fitness website and my latest post is "51 ways to get stronger now" and I'm quite proud of that last one because it's detailed and very actionable!
