I am a 29 year old freelance writer and marketer living in Washington State.  During the day, I work as an office manager and technician for a local Internet Service Provider.  Otherwise, I write articles, stories, and poetry for online publication.

I have made extensive study of health and nutrition matters, primarily in regards to fitness, weight loss, and diabetes, as well as the complications and causes of each.  I have studied both traditional, modern, and holistic approaches to each.

I am an avid lover of reading and video games, and have been playing since the early 80s.
