Suzy is the co-creator of FitGroove Fitness whose mission is to provide practical solutions for everyone, at any age, to live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
 
Suzy is a certified Fitness Instructor and has worked in the fitness industry since 2000. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry Suzy has helped hundreds if not thousands of people from all walks of life achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle.
 
Suzy attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada and obtained an Honours Bachelor Degree as well as her Master’s Degree. She has multiple fitness certifications and places a high priority on education and life-long learning.
 
Suzy does her best to create safe, fun, and effective fitness programs, and strives to be a healthy and positive role model for everyone, but especially teens.
