I have been writing most of my life.  My first poem was published in Cricket Magazine when I was seven.  Since then, I have been a staff writer and editor for newspapers and magazines, where I covered the Arts and Restaurant Reviews, and I have been featured in in the books "Confessions of a Lost Mother' and "The Santa Barbara Companion".    My poetry has been published in Poet Magazine, The Aileron Journal, The Bay Area Poet's Coalition and other publications.  I am also a musician/songwriter, and an artist/illustrator.

I presently write freelance articles for OpEdNews, eHow, InfoBarrel, among others, and my own websites, GloryBug, The Big Picture, GardenGoGreen, Vegan-O-Rama, Vegicat, and Cat Rescue Stories.

I live in Sunny California with my two wonderful boys, my fiance (whose 5th album with SparkleJet is almost done), cats, and dog Magdelena.  We are all vegetarians, like to grow our own produce, and spend time working on our ponds.

We are strong supporters of the vegetarian/vegan/organic lifestyles, and of pet spay/neutering and no-kill shelters.
