hey there!  here are a few nitty gritty deets of who i am and what i do, hopefully giving folks out there a nudge to read, question or comment on one or many of my upcoming articles.
i'm a single mom of 3 young girls, two of which are identical twins.  i am a full-time, on staff personal trainer and body worker for the employee athletes of clif bar & company - yes, the company is as phenomenal as what you've possibly read and/or heard about!  in my "spare time" i ride horses, snowboard, hike, love to cook, and especially love to eat.  luckily for me, and my girls, we live in the bay area of northern california where we are spoiled with great fresh, local food options.
i'll do my best to keep my sarcastic font turned off and will only write from my own personal and professional experiences.
having said that, my material might include suggestions/tips on parenting, food, horses, dogs, etc.  but given my 20 year profession, most articles will relate to fitness and health.
