My most cherished goal was to reduce my weight from 115 kilos to 70 kilos. Today, I am 75 kilos and I'm proud of my achievement. I don't have any clue as to the name of the man who invented the wheel but can say with a great amount of authority that a cycle, that is based on the principle of wheel, is probably the best ever machine that can help a man/woman get fit and slim.
