"I know what I must do but something stops me" This is a phrase that many of us have said and it is common with people who have self defeating behaviors. A study made in the University of Harvard discovered that the people who burned an additional 300 calories a day while exercising reduced their rate of death in 28%. There is an old saying that goes like this "What it is not used it is lost" The person who said this surely was thinking about his muscles and bones.
