I Love My Life in Spite of Arthritis!
I live a wonderful life in spite of arthritis.  I have found methods that allow me to live a higher quality of life by reducing the strain on my arthritic joints and helping me cope with side effects of arthritis meds.  I want to share my experiences with you and I hope you will leave a comment or contribute articles to Info Barrel to share your experiences with me.  Hearing how others have solved disability-related challenges  helps spark my creativity as I find solutions to my own arthritis-related problems.

These articles are not medical advice.

I have no medical qualifications or training of any kind.

Only qualified healthcare providers should be relied on to assess your needs and make recommendations for you.
Ten years ago, I experienced a sudden, severe onset of rhuematoid arthritis.  From that time, I've made multiple adjustments in my daily activities and environment to re-create a full and active life.  I hope you enjoy reading about the solutions I've created to deal with the problems introduced by RA!  I hope you will share your own solutions as well.

I have found a toothbrush that is very comfortable for my arthritic hands to use.
