Hello and thanks for stopping by my page. My name is Rod W. White and I am a chiropractor on the beautiful island paradise of Guam. In case you don't know where Guam is, it's a small island in the Pacific. It's about 30 miles long and only 8.5 miles across at it's widest point. We are located to the south of Japan, north of Australia, east of the Philippines and to the southwest of Hawaii. If you were to draw lines on a map going east from the Philippines and south from Japan they would intersect in the vicinity of Guam. Yeah, were in the middle of nowhere.
My chiropractic practice keeps me busy about 30 hours out of the week. I have a nice mix of patients, mostly native Guamanians (better know as Chamorros), Filipinos, Japanese, Koreans and military soldiers and their families. When I get some free time I like to hang out with my two favorite people, my wife and my dog. As you might imagine, we go to the beach a lot and have fun. The water is surprisingly warm which is great for snorkeling and scuba diving. The island is mostly surrounded by a barrier reef that supports a myriad of colorful tropical fish. We have about a half dozen marine sanctuaries on Guam and the locals are fond of feeding the fish in these protected areas. Strangely, the fish food of choice is none other than Vienna Sausages. Wade out into waist deep water and crumble some Vienna Sausage in the water and you will be surrounded by hundreds of hungry fish. It's really quite amazing.
