i am an australian currently living in istanbul and travelling around Turkey.  I love Turkey because of the totally organic nature of the anatollıan women.  They have passed all sorts of knowledge down through the families throughout the ages.  There is nothing that they do not know about food preparation and storage.  In my spare time ı run an english speaking club called Greenmount English Speaking Club.  İts very low key and more for just so that the locals can practice speaking with an english speaking native like myself.  Enjoy your day along with your herbs.
